THE CHALLENGE
Safe, Hopeful, Healthy Baton Rouge is a trauma-informed community initiative working to reduce violence and promote mental wellness across the city. Before the rebrand, the initiative faced key challenges:
Clear Visual Identity
Without a logo, style guide, or brand voice, the program lacked recognition and struggled to make a strong impression with the public.
Inconsistent Messaging
Materials shared by city departments, partners, and nonprofits were fragmented—leading to confusion about the initiative’s goals and services.
Low Community Awareness
